Homtom can usually deliver some pretty solid rugged devices for very reasonable prices and the latest Homtom HT20 Pro is no exception to the rule. Combined with a lower price in Aliexpress flash sale it could be a worthy candidate to consider if you are thinking about some budget rugged phone to get.
