Google tests a new UI for the two-step authentication system

The two-factor authentication system is a feature that everyone should have on their Google accounts, but the traditional SMS and Google Authenticator methods can be a bit boring.

In 2016, the Mountain View giant added two-step verification for Android devices and its developers are currently experimenting with two new layouts.

On the left the current version, in the middle and on the right the two new layouts

The two new versions are much more modern than the old user interface and differ from each other only by the position of the yes / no buttons (in one they are in vertical position and in the other they are displayed horizontally).

These changes are almost certainly the result of server-side updates and it is therefore likely that they are not already available globally (they should be released gradually).

Have you set up 2-step verification for your Google account ?
