Infinix Zero Ultra coming with 180W charging and 200MP camera
Infinix is clearly trying to conquer the market with compelling technology. A few months ago, the company teased its 180W Thunder Charge system. That came after teasing 160W charging last year, and after the arrival of the Infinix Note 12 VIP with 120W charging. The new Thunder Charge System seems to be the full-completed version of the charging system in development for the past year. After multiple teasers, we finally know it's coming with the Infinix Zero Ultra. The new smartphone will also have a 200 MP camera.
Infinix Zero Ultra is the company's new "flagship"
Infinix started to tease its "definitive" smartphone. The Infinix Zero Ultra will bring the best technology the company can offer right now. A video was spotted on the company's official AliExpress Store. It confirms the imminent arrival of the Infinix Zero Ultra. The phone will bring a 200 MP camera with Optical Image Stabilization.

In addition to the impressive charging and camera capabilities, the Infinix Zero Ultra has other premium specs. For instance, it has an OLED screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate. There are also 2.5D curved edges to boost the "premium effect" of the display.
Despite the impressive charging and camera, the Infinix Zero Ultra is a "premium mid-range". It brings the MediaTek Dimensity 920 which offers 5G connectivity. The phone comes alongside 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of Internal Storage. The teaser also confirms a triple-camera setup on the back and a single selfie shooter inside of a punch-hole.
200 MP sensor or 200 MP through interpolation?
The big mystery is the sensor behind the advertised 200 MP camera. Is it the Samsung ISOCELL HP1 behind the recent Motorola Edge 30 Ultra? Apparently not. The fact is that the MediaTek Dimensity 920's ISP only supports 20 MP + 20 MP dual cameras or 108 MP single cameras. So the 200 MP camera would need a dedicated ISP to be handled.
Considering the Infinix Zero Ultra focus on the premium mid-range market, we expect the 200 MP to come through interpolation. Infinix could use software to generate 200 MP images from a sensor without that resolution. This is speculation but seems to be more in line with reality.
According to the listing, the Infinix Zero Ultra has a 6.8-inch panel with Full HD+ resolution. Moreover, it has a USB Type-C port and Dual SIM support. As per the report, the phone will likely bring a 4,500 mAh battery. After all, the 180W Thunder Charge phone prototype has this capacity.
Infinix has an event scheduled for October 5. We expect the Infinix Zero Ultra to go official alongside the upcoming 60MP selfie handset.
