LG V40 ThinQ's Five Camera Setup Explained by Leaker

This latest leak actually isn't anything major as we know most details about the handset already, like the 5 total cameras onboard, what we didn't know though is how they're used. As you have already understood, that changes today thanks to a post on Twitter made by the renown leaker.

In his post we can indeed check out some promo images which explain which camera does what. So, according to the images, we have the main 16MP shooter with F1.5 aperture that will shoot at a normal focal length, above it we find a 13MP image sensor paired with a super wide-angle lens for some sweet large panos, meanwhile the top shooter is 8MP in resolution and sports a telephoto lens equivalent to a 80m lens or simply put 3X optical zoom over the standard camera.

Moving to the front, we have a very similar setup, but this time down to "just" two cameras. We have a main standard sensor paired with a normal focal length glass, while the other is equipped with a wide-angle lens which will let you and your friends get in the shot without using a selfie stick.

The LG V40 ThinQ will be officially launched on October 3rd; stay tuned to learn more!
