When released the 2 they made a big song and dance about how beautiful the slender is that they didn't want to cover the shell up with a case like they had with the original .
Instead Apple launched Smart covers which cleverly attach with magnets, protect the screen and can transform in to various types of stands, but they do little to protect the rear of the iPad 2 from getting scratched!
For those of you who want to keep the back of your 2 fresh, while also showing off it's brushed beauty you may want to take a look at these silicone cases by Shenzhen brand .
Despite looking like a waterproof diving bag for the iPad, the OK will do very little to protect your 10 inch Apple tablet from water and drink spillage, but it will keep the rear of the device scratch free.
Best of all though is the price! Where as the Apple Smart Cover costs an incredible $39 these Chinese made covers cost as little as $3!
