Rocking an octacore MT8392 Mediatek processor means the Cube Talk 9X is just at home connected via 3G on the go as it is at home over WIFI.
Cube seem relentless with their tablet launch schedule. News of new tablets from this Chinese manufacturer seemingly arrives on a weekly basis, and specs just get better and better.
For the Cube 9X U65GT, Cube have ditched what most tablet makers traditionally do and have opted for an octacore Mediatek processor rather than one of the new Rockchip or Allwinner processors. Basically the MT8392 is a beefed up version of the MT6592 so you get the same 3G network support, octacore architecture but beefed up to support a 9.7-inch, 2048 x 1536 Retina display.
Unsurprisingly the design is not dissimilar from the Apple iPad Air, but at a cost of only $204.69 it’s a damn site more affordable and the hardware is more impressive too.
3G, GPS, WIFI 802.11b/g/n, 2 mega-pixel front camera, 8 mega-pixel rear, and Android 4.4 Kitkat along with a 10,000mAh battery for up to 8 hours runtime! Not bad at all for the money!
The Cube Talk 9X U65GT can be ordered through Chinese reseller Geekbuying, head over to their product page for full details.
