The Elephone S8 will support microSD cards up to 512GB
Did it ever happen to you to run out of storage on your smartphone? And how did you fix it? By throwing another microSD card at it? Well, apparently Elephone thinks microSD cards up to 128GB or 256GB aren't enough, you should be able to mount 512GB cards on your favorite mobile device, or at least on their upcoming Elephone S8. Let's learn more about it.
The Elephone S8 is the company's take on the Xiaomi Mi MIX's bezel-less design. What we know about the device as of now is that it'll come with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage and it'll be expandable up to 512GB through the microSD card slot.
But do you even need that much storage? We aren't sure. But to give you an idea of what you can possibly store on such a large memory, here are a few examples: 70000 songs, 856 HD movies and 1000HD TV series. So, if you're passionate about any of those contents, you can pretty much store an insane amount of them.
Other specs we know about the Elephone S8 are the 2K resolution display it will pack, the 21MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie snapper.
Elephone say they'll be releasing the full specs very soon. Check their website to learn the latest.
