Tri-Bezel-Less Elephone S8 Finally Revealed - Full Specifications

After months from it's first unveiling, the tri-bezel-less Elephone S8 is finally coming. The company has just released the full specifications, so here we have the five most important features: let's have a look!

Design

Other than the beautiful bezel-less display, the Elephone S8 will be entirely covered in what the company calls Lumia glass. Lumia glass is very similar to what we had on the Elephone S7 but it's been improved a lot since then. The new Lumia glass will indeed curve around the back for a better feeling in the hand, plus it's made with a manufacturing process which counts 7 more steps compared to the old Lumia. The S8 logo also has a new silver ink which will look better on the device.

Display

Obviously, the display is probably the best feature of the S8. It'll be 6.0-inch and made by Sharp with a resolution of 2560*1440, making this the first tri-bezel-less smartphone with 2K resolution. The screen-to-body ratio will also be quite impressive at 92.4%.

Storage

The Elephone S8 will be equipped with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which should be plenty enough for most users.

Camera

Elephone's S8 is coming with a 21MP rear camera using a Sony IMX220 image sensor. This will allow you to capture really high resolution images which you can then crop while keeping most of the details.

USB Type-C

Finally they understood it, we all want USB Type-C on every device coming out, no matter the phone's specs or price. The Elephone will indeed sport the latest USB Type-C port on the bottom.
