What's really interesting about the phone is that it'll be the first ever Elephone device sporting a Qualcomm CPU, more specifically the company stated that it'll be equipped with the powerful and efficient Qualcomm Snapdragon 660. If that were to be confirmed, it would be a huge step forward for the smaller Chinese phone maker.
Of course, we hope that's true as well as it may lead other similar companies to adopt Qualcomm SoCs, at least on higher end devices.
Another important detail Elephone has revealed about this Note 8-inspired phone is indeed the presence of a flexible AMOLED display. Elephone say it will be the third device sporting such technology, after the Samsung S8 and Samsung Note 8; we assume they mean in 2017.
That's as much as we know at the moment, other than what it'll look like, which if you've read up until now, you know it's a carbon copy of the Samsung Note 8. Learn more about it on the company's official website (when available).
