So the rumours were true! The first manufacturer to jump on the COS bandwagon is Taiwanese phone maker HTC!
Having HTC team up with COS (China Operating System) will be a huge boost to the fledgling OS, and may possibly open up a whole new market for the ailing phone maker.

The phone model to get COS is a 16GB version of HTC Butterfly which comes with a 5-inch FHD 1920 x 1080 display, 2GB RAM, 16GB memory and space for a 64GB SD card. The phone also runs a quad-core 1.9Ghz processor, and has an F2.0 Ultrapixel main camera. Unsurprisingly the COS version of the HTC Butterfly is only currently available as a China Mobile TD-SCDMA phone.
