The race is on between JiaYu and iOcean as to who will launch their octacore phablet first, iOcean say it will be then and could be early as next week, JiaYu retaliate by releasing press renders!
If you are in the market for an octacore Mediatek phablet then this is either the best or the worst possible time for you (depending on how you think about it). On one hand you have an excellent selection to choose from with the iOcean G7 and OrientPhone Mega already on sale and the iOcean X8 and JiaYu G6 around the corner, while on the other hand you have to choose one out of 4 great looking devices!
To try and pull you over to their side, JiaYu have dusted off their rendering skills and put together these press images of their JiaYu G6. Each one highlights a different aspect of the phone ranging from the battery life, Antutu score to the overall dimensions (which are impressive for a 5.7-inch device!).
Is it just us or do these renders look way better than anything else JiaYu has put together? But more importantly will that translate into the JiaYu G6 being one of the better JiaYu devices ever to go on sale? What do you guy's think?
