Today, at the Honor Play release conference, the company also launched the Honor V10 shining blue colour variant. This smartphone comes in 4GB+64GB, 6GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB which are priced at is priced at 2,499 Yuan ($392), 2,799 yuan ($439), and 3,299 ($517) respectively. Like the other colour versions of Honor V10, it uses a micron metal carving process on its rear. The metal is coated with a slim glass lining which gives it a smooth and sleek appearance.
Of course, this new smartphone will also be equipped with GPU Turbo technology. This technology breaks through the processing bottleneck between the EMUI operating system, the GPU, and the CPU thereby achieving a great improvement in the graphics processing efficiency of the entire system. According to the officially measured data with Honor Play, GPU Turbo can improve graphics processing efficiency by up to 60% and SoC power consumption by 30%.
In addition to GPU Turbo technology, the Honor V10 also comes with a flagship configuration. It is powered by Kirin 970 processor coupled with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. It also has a flagship camera setup. On the rear, it comes with a 16MP+20MP dual-camera setup with an aperture of f/1.8 and supports 2in1 PDAF dual-core focusing technology.
