Good news for all Huawei Mate 9 fans/owners I guess. The highly successful phablet was recently spotted on Geekbench with Android 8.0 oreo on board and this is surely good news.
Some of you might say that this is not the first time we are hearing about the Mate 9 Android 8.0 update and you will be correct as the device was spotted back in April this year, running on Android 8 Oreo (but the ROM was in early development stage at that time).
A benchmark appearance doesn't guarantee, but does indicate that final testing is going on and if everything goes fine, roll out should begin sooner than later.
