iOcean’s X7 has proven to be a very difficult phone to kill, even with the launch of the new iOcean X8, new models of the popular X7 continue to appear.
The original iOcean X7 caused a storm around the world. The phone, which did look a little like the Oppo Find 5, had a 5-inch 1080 display, quad-core processor, 13 mega-pixel camera and 2GB RAM.
We’ve seen new versions of the iOcean X7 launch this year, first with the HD and then with the X7S, and now we have a new version! Introducing the iOcean X7S-T!
For this model iOcean have mixed the hardware of the HD and S to create a more powerful phone. The emphasis is on power with the new edition so the processor is an octacore MT6592 and there is 2GB RAM. Thats more than enough power to be pushing around images on the 720 HD display and should be up to the task of saving photos quickly from the front 5MP and rear 8MP sensors.
As with all X7 models the iOcean X7S-T has space for dual SIM cards, a micro SD card, runs on GSM and WCDMA networks and have even been updated to Android 4.4 Kitkat.
It will be interesting to see how well the new X7 sells, when the iOcean X8 Mini is also due on sale soon too.
