More and a physical mock up of the 2 have surfaced at this years .
The latest news is that the second generation iPad will get a Facetime camera (big shock!), a rear camera, flat back, large speaker, is super thin (9.4mm) AND gets a huge 128Gb SSD option!

The overall dimensions for the iPad are 240.8 × 185.8 × 9.4mm.
