It's been a while since Xiaomi first showcased MIUI 7, but the newest iteration of the Android fork will soon be made available to everyone.
The rollout is expected to start 27th October for Xiaomi users worldwide. This is, of course, going to be the 'Global' version of the ROM, and the stable channel. Xiaomi offer a beta channel for anyone who is OK with a few bugs here and there... which effectively turns you into a beta tester for Xiaomi.
The list of supported devices hasn't been published as yet (keep an eye here for updates). Xiaomi say that all supported devices will get OTAs, but if you're impatient, you can head over to the MIUI downloads page and manually flash MIUI 7.
If you're in China (or on the Chinese MIUI ROM elsewhere), you'll be getting the Chinese version of the ROM which lacks Google services and a few other things.
