MIUI coming to the UMi Zero, plus UMi warn of fake stores

Umi show fans that MIUI on the UMi Zero is real, and warn not to buy from fake stores scamming customers.

Even without having a more modern 64bit processor and LTE, the UMi Zero still has an impressive selection of features that include 2GB RAM, SUPER AMOLED display, alloy body and fast charging.

Another feature that UMi used in their marketing of the Zero was the option to have additional ROMS to choose from. Out of the box the Zero has an almost stock Android 4.4 Kitkat OS, but in a few weeks MIUI will also be made available.

Also on their Facebook is a warning to fans not to use a store name Mionbuy.com. We have reached out to UMi for the details, but so far all we know is that the reseller have been branded as “Scammers” by the phone maker.
