OnePlus have figures that producing a OnePlus 2 is now cheaper than it has ever been. And thus, the company has decided to pass on the benefit to the users... while also getting some media footage for itself.
Coming back to the pricing of the phone, the OnePlus 2 is now $349 (previously $389), €345 (previously €399) and £249 (previously £289) in the US, Europe and the UK. Worth noting is the fact that these are prices for the 64GB version of the phone.
While the OnePlus 2 has been a fairly successful device, the phone didn't quite manage to create the demand that the OnePlus One did. That said, it isn't really a bad device to get right now, considering how much easier (and cheaper) it's gotten to do so.
If you're in a fix still, our review of the phone should help. For the lot that cares more about the specs, here's what the OnePlus 2 comes with: a 5.5-inch 1920 x 1080p display, Snapdragon 810 processor, 4GB RAM, 13 mega-pixel rear camera, 5 mega-pixel front facing camera and a 3300mAh battery.
To keep recent buyers happy, OnePlus will also be refunding the difference in price to people who bought the phone in the last 15 days.
