Earlier today we broke news of Chinese E-book maker Onyx and their E-ink display Android smart phone, now we have a better look at the prototype sample in this hands on video!
I'm not sure who is in this video (if it is you please let us know) but they have managed to get a quick hands on with Onyx E-ink Android phone.
The phone in the video is an engineering sample and seems to be a little sluggish and buggy, however the overall concept is sound and the ultra thin design and E-ink screen make for a really sleek package.
As mentioned in our report earlier the Onyx E-ink phone has a 4.3 inch capacitive touch screen, which is easily visible in even in bright sunshine and allows for an extremely energy efficient Android phone with up to 1 week stand by time.
No news when of even if Onyx plan to launch their E-ink Android phone, but we will keep you posted
