Of all the phone brands, I find Oppo one of the most tricky to read. They are one of the more creative and risk taking brands out there at the moment making Oppo Find 7 specifications tricky to predict, but I'm going to give it a try anyway!
Oppo Find 7 Specifications
Display

This is the most difficult for me to figure out. Part of me believes that the Find 7 will be around 5-5.5 inch, but part of me belives that Oppo could be daring and go for something larger, around 5.7-inch.
Resolution will be at least 1080 FHD, I’m not sure we will see a 2K display on the Find 7 as they will want to improve the battery life of their new phone (but I could be wrong).
Design
Whether a medium size display or large one, it won’t really matter once in our hand as I believe the Find 7 is going to be one sleek device. Narrow bezels, a new look, and possibly all glass (like the Oppo R1).
Thickness might be more than rivals, as I think the battery in the Find 7 is going to be one of the selling points.
Processor

We don’t think Oppo will leave Qualcomm, so the Find 7, in my opinion, is going to have a Snapdragon 800 series processor (possibly Snapdragon 805). The S800 in the Find 7 could run at around 2.3Ghz and will have an Adreno 330 GPU. Plenty of power to see it though 2014 without the need for a midlife update.
Memory
Like the Find 5 and the N1 the Find 7 probably won’t have an SD card slot (again Oppo could surprise us). Instead memory options will be offered of either 16GB for a base model and 64GB for the top of the range version.
RAM will be at least 2GB, however 3GB could be more likely so to compete with the Vivo Xplay 3S and whatever other phone makers have instore for the rest of 2014.
Camera

Oppo have really been pushing their phones as camera-centric devices. The Find 5 was one of the first phones to get a 13 mega-pixel Sony Exmor sensor, the Oppo R819 boasted great imaging at a wallet friendly price, and the N1 is a smartphone photographers dream!
The Find 7 is going to build on this with new technologies on board. We might see more mega-pixels for the main camera, up to 16 megapixel is my guess, but the real innovation will come in the form of some new, never before (on a smartphone) seen tech. I’m not going to say anymore than that for now, but feel free to post what you think this might be in the comments section. Update: Mems is one of my thoughts, but there is also another ;)
As for a rotating camera on the Find 7, I’m 90% sure that isn’t going to happen on the Find 7 as it will upset sales of the N1. A shame as I would like to see a smaller phone with Oppo N1 style camera and O-click.
Battery
The Oppo Find 5 is a great phone, but one area it needed improvement was the battery life. As Oppo are a company that listens to their customers I believe the Oppo Find 7 is going to have a much larger battery.
3000mAh would be nice, but slightly more could be what we actually find in the 7, and yes it will be built-in.
Connectivity
Of everything here the only feature I am %100 sure about is the inclusion of 4G LTE. The Oppo N1 only just missed out on getting the faster data connection but Oppo won’t let that happen again with their flagship phone.
The International version of the Find 7 is probably going to offer the same connectivity options as the Nexus 5 so support for major GSM, CDMA, HSPDA, LTE, and like most current Qualcomm phone there won't be a dual-SIM option.
Other connectivity options will be Bluetooth 4.0, 5Ghz WIFI (plus all the usual WIFI features) and NFC.

The basic Oppo Find 7 will get the latest stable build of Oppo’s own ColorOS which is one of my current favourite Android ROMS. A CyanogenMod ROM will also be readily available and possibly even a CM version of the phone could go on limited sale.
Price
Oppo are marketing themselves as a premium phone brand, and they should their products are well made and use some very good materials. With this in find expect the 16GB version of the Find 7 cost around $500-$550 with the flagship model approaching $600.
