Possible Nothing Ear (2) gets Bluetooth SIG certification
It looks like the much-awaited Nothing Ear (2) TWS earbuds have bagged the Bluetooth SIG certification ahead of its imminent launch. The audio device will be the third product from the Carl Pei-led consumer electronics company.
To recap, the Ear (Stick) TWS earbuds went official back in October. Now, Nothing is on the verge of unveiling its next true wireless earbuds dubbed the Nothing Ear (2).
The Ear (2) TWS earbuds have passed through the Bluetooth SIG certification website. To those unaware, the Bluetooth Special Interest Group certifies and logs Bluetooth devices ahead of their launch.
Noted tipster Mukul Sharma has shared a screenshot of the Bluetooth SIG certification page. The post shows a new Nothing branded product dubbed Nothing B155.

So, it is safe to assume that the Nothing B155 will launch in the coming days. The Bluetooth SIG listing could be a major sign that Nothing is gearing up to launch its TWS lineup successor.
Nothing Ear (2) Bluetooth SIG Certification
In other words, the Ear (2) TWS earbuds launch could be right around the corner. The earbuds were recently spotted online in the form of leaked photos in October.
Notably, popular leaker, Kuba Wojciechowski has shared these photos that gave us a glimpse into the earbuds' design. Now, the Bluetooth SIG database confirms the internal name of the device.
Moreover, the listing reveals it is a Nothing product and it is a wireless earphone. Also, the database confirms the device will support Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity.
Regrettably, other details about Ear (2) are still scarce. Previously leaked images show that the upcoming TWS earbuds will retain the outward appearance of its predecessor.
According to a report by 91mobiles, the Nothing Ear (2) could resemble the OnePlus buds. However, it has a transparent body and a transparent case.
So, the earbuds could have upgraded internal hardware specifications. For instance, it might get new magnets, new drivers, or better audio specifications.
The Ear (2) TWS earbuds are likely to launch either in December or by January 2023. I think Nothing will start teasing the upcoming earbuds soon.
