Today, Realme made their first foray into the Indonesian market, and it seems like it's been a huge success for the company. They've managed to sell 15,000 units of the Realme 2 in a mere 10 minutes, a huge achievement for such a young company. It reminds of Xiaomi back in the day of flash sales and whatnot.
In Indonesia, the company has two variants of the Realme 2 on sale. There's a 3GB/32GB unit for IDR2 million ($130) and a more powerful 4GB/64GB variant for IDR2.4 million ($157). It's available in Diamond Black, Diamond Red and Diamond Blue, the latter still unavailable anywhere else.
Realme's next flash sale is coming up on the 24th of October at 11:00. Realme and Lazada are even giving out some special extras like a free pair of JBL headphones or a 12-month payment plan with 0% interest for buyers. We're looking forward to seeing the company's continued growth in other countries as well.
