Today, OPPO’s sub-brand announced the first model from its new V series. The Realme V5 was officially announced, coming with a number of features that allows the phone to fight against cost-effective models of Redmi and iQOO.

In terms of price, the 6GB+128GB version costs 1399 yuan ($200), and the 8GB+128GB version comes at 1899 yuan ($272). The pre-sale has started today and it will officially go on sale on August 7.

The Realme V5 offers three colors: Silver, Dawn Light, and Cyan Wing Blue. The former variant uses a bold logo design, that is, the logo area achieves a three-dimensional effect like a naked-eye 3D.
