The cheeky little iFive Mini 3 retina tablet has cropped up again, this time along with full specification details.

The last time we saw the iFive Mini 3 Retina tablet, well we really didn’t see much of the tablet, this time though we get a good look at the iPad mini inspired device along with full specifications.

Accordring to the official technical page over on the iFive website, the iFive Mini 3 Retina tablet is a 7.9-inch device with an IPS panel and resolution of 2048 x 1536 which makes for a pixel density of 327ppi. Attempting to drive that high definition display is a 1.6Ghz Rockchip 3188 Cortex A9 processor, Mali 400 GPU and 2GB RAM.

Like most Android tablets from China the iFive Mini 3 Retina has room for an SD card should the built-in 16GB memory prove insufficient. There are also a couple of cameras, 2 mega-pixel front, 5 mega-pixel rear, OTG support, Micro OSB and 5200mAh battery good enough for 6.5hours of WIFI video streaming.

IFive are currently offering the 2048 x 1536 tablet for 1099 Yuan pre-rooted through their Taobao store. There is also a cheaper 899 Yuan model with lower 1024 x 768 resolution.
