Chinese phone manufacturers are clambering over one another to launch lower and lower priced quad-core phones, the next to go on sale is the $100 Sunnycube M8.
Priced at 599 Yuan in China, the M8 is actually 200 Yuan ($30) less than the popular Xiaomi Hongmi phone yet packs a larger 5-inch display. Full specs haven’t been made public just yet but we do know that Sunnycube intend to use the newer Mediatek MT6582 quad-core chip in this phone and a launch date of October 30th has been set.
The Sunnycube M8 will also go head to head with the latest entry-level JiaYu phone.
