Tronsmart home media box comes with 2Ghz processor and 2GB RAM

Tronsmart have released another model in their popular Android media box line up with powerful hardware and an affordable price.

The Tronsmart Vega S89-H, isn’t your usual bland black box or Apple TV knock off, but rather a smart looking round device for sitting under or beside your TV. The simple design is clean and uncluttered from the front, while the rear has useful connection options include HD out, Ethernet, USB OTG, 2 x USB and micro SD card slot.

With a powerful quad-core 2.0Ghz Amlogic processor and 2GB RAM, Tronsmart claim the Vega S89-H supports 4K UHD video and even has enough power for modern games such as Modern Combat, Riptide GP2 etc while controlling games can be handled through the OTG USB and a game controller (as long as it supported my the developer).

The STB also features Android 4.4 Kitkat with a custom ROM developed for TV use, a Mali 450 GPU, 16GB of internal memory, WIFI 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0. Overall a great looking package and at less than $120 a great addition to any home media center.
