Chinese phone makers are finally churning out some decent sub-$100 phones. UMi's Rome X and Bluboo's Picasso happen to be two such phones.

The factory has posted a quick hands on video with the phone. Before we move on to that, let's take a quick look over the specifications of the Picasso.

The phone has a 5-inch 1280 x 720p display, a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6580 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of on-board expandable ROM, 8 mega-pixel cameras on the front and rear, and lastly, 2500mAh battery.

The Picasso being a strictly budget phone doesn't offer 4G LTE capabilities, but supports bands 850/900/1800/1900MHz on GSM (2G) and 850/2100MHz on WCDMA (3G).

Now that we have the specs out of the way, lets take a look at the hands on video published by the factory:

Just to remind you, the Bluboo Picasso costs just $69.99 and is already on sale via multiple resellers online.
