Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 gets 3C certification, launch imminent
Xiaomi's Mi Mix is still one of the more attention-worthy designs out there. We've known for a while now that Xiaomi is working on launching a successor to the Mix, but it looks like we're finally closer to the launch -- in time and info -- than ever before.
Codenmaned Chiron, the Mix 2 is set to see a launch in China in the coming weeks. The phone had already received TENAA certification, and the latest news from sources in China is that the phone has also won itself a 3C certification.
With the formalities out of the way, it looks like a paved road to the final launch. You should expect the launch to take place in the coming handful of weeks.
As for the design, expect the Mix 2 to have an even higher body-to-screen ratio than the Mix (our Xiaomi Mi Mix review) along with high-end internals including a Snapdragon 835, 6-8GB RAM, and more.
Stay tuned for more on the Mi Mix 2!
