Xiaomi's newest budget flagship in India, the Snapdragon 650 powered Redmi Note 3 was announced in the country only last month. The brand reveals that the device will be on an open sale this month.
On Wednesday, April 27th, the Redmi Note 3 will be available to anyone who wishes to buy the phone. Up until now, Xiaomi sold the Redmi Note 3 only in flash sales that required advance registration, and needless to say, quick hands during the time of the sale.
The sale will take place at the usual time, i.e. 2pm. The phone comes in a couple of variants, with the main difference being the storages (16GB vs 32GB) and RAM (2GB vs 3GB). Prices are 9999 INR and 11,999 INR respectively.
It seems as though the phone will be on open sale only via Xiaomi's own web-store, mi.com. No word on whether the open sale rules will apply to Amazon as well.
