Phone maker Morefine have released the Max 1 featuring a metal and dual curved glass design but with a retail price of just $119.99.
With the Chinese phone marketing packed to the brim with brands, its always a surprise to see a new brand name crop and and try and carve out a piece of the pie for themselves.
This week we already reported on Vernee, a new brand with Helio X20 phone in the making, and now we have the Max 1 from phone maker Morefine.
Despite the Max 1 name suggesting a phablet or large screen phone, the Morefine is actually a compact 5-inch phone with once display and slim 7.15mm body. Design really is the name of the game here, with a metal frame, and front and rear 2.5D curved glass panels.
From the renders the Crystal White phone appears to have a narrow border design, but we will have to wait for real photos to confirm if this is accurate or not.
In between the glass and metal parts sandwich the Max 1 boasts a simple and reliable spec sheet kicking off with 1.3Ghz Mediatek MT6735 chipset, 2GB RAM, HD display, 8 mega-pixel Sony rear camera, and 2150mAh removable battery.
Internal storage is 16GB plus there is room for SD cards up to 128GB or if you like a micro SIM + Nano SIM.
If you are planning on using this phone in your country then Morefine have helpfully included network support on their website where the Max 1 is listed as having FDD-LTE B1/B3/B7/B8 and B20 support.
Were not sure where you can buy the Max 1, but Morefine says their RRP for the phone is just $119.99.
