The controversive new "upgraded" Uhans A101s is now here and ready for the customers, so it's once again time to take a look at this weird model. Theoretically it should be an upgrade over the predecessor Uhans A101, but is that really the case ?
At a first glance the A101s does all the right things, RAM gets bumped up to 2 GB, storage unchanged with 16 GB, rear camera improved to 8 Mpix with Sony IMX219 sensor (interpolated to 13 Mpix), battery stays removable with 2450 mAh capacity and the nice design get even more color choices. So where is the catch ? That comes with a problematic processor choice, where the MT6737 gets replaced with non-4G enabled MT6580A...
Price stays competitive with $69.99, but can the positives outweigh the negatives ? The decisions will be ultimately on the customers, what do you think about that ? You can find more information about Uhans A101s for example in here.
