The latest UMIDIGI S2 Pro surprised more or less everybody with the "water resistant" news leaked just before the release and people immediately started wondering about the actual waterproof capabilities. We have covered all the info about the nano-coating in our previous article so no mystery there already. Today they decided that people need to see more underwater action so a full Antutu test took place in a fishtank.
So check out the following video of the Antutu test and UMIDIGI S2 Pro managed to survive the test of course and scored a quite okay score of almost 66.000 points. Just keep in mind that the waterproofing is a bit of a gimmick with no real certainty and it's not covered by the official warranty. But of course it's quite good to have it just in case of accidents and such.
UMIDIGI S2 Pro is an all-around upgrade to the S2 model with better processor, bigger RAM and bigger storage. It features a 6-inch FHD+ display, Helio P25 processor, 6 GB RAM, 128 GB of internal storage, rear dual cameras with 13MP Sony IMX258 + 5MP secondary with quad-LED flash, 16MP selfie cam, 5100 mAh battery with quick charging and more. You can find all the details about it on the official website and the pricing is set quite high at $339.99 on retail level.
