The Galaxy Note 10 series is Samsung's most recent duo of flagship smartphones. The super-premium smartphones were released back in August with Android 9 Pie and have been receiving a couple of software updates to improve the experience. We know that both the Note 10 and Note 10+ will be receiving the Android 10-based OneUI 2.0 before the end of the year. However, Samsung still has a new incremental update to deliver before the big Android upgrade.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ are getting their latest firmware updates in the US and certain European countries. The US update comes bearing N97xU1UES1ASI3 build number. It comes with some bug fixes and performance enhancements. However, the icing on the cake of this update is the presence of an updated October 2019, security patch. The update in question weighs in at 200MB.
The European users in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are also getting the new firmware. Interestingly enough, the European batch brings further improvements that aren't present in the US update. The new additions include improvements to the camera app and picture quality. Furthermore, keyboard stability gets an extra treatment here.
Alongside those fixes, the update also brings the October security patch. The firmware comes with the N97xFXXU1ASJ2 build number. The update weighs in at 260MB. It's interesting to see that Samsung is still improving the experience with Android 9 Pie before moving on Android 10.
