10.4" Chuwi HiPad Max tablet with 8 GB RAM launching in August
The Chuwi brand is well known all around the world partially thanks to their tablet portfolio. It's a quite extensive one, but very soon we will be able to add another one to it. And the upcoming Chuwi HiPad Max is shaping up to be a direct rival to the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 10.5. After all, both of the competitors have similar benchmark scores in Geekbench 5. But the Chuwi's offering could have an upper hand in some aspects. And we are not talking about just price point.
Chuwi HiPad Max is set to feature a nice 10.36-inch display with FullHD 2000x1200 pixel resolution. Probably with an IPS panel tho. The performance looks pretty promising, mainly thanks to Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor and 8 GB LPDDR4 RAM. The 128 GB UFS storage won't hurt either and ppl will also appreciate the microSD slot for cards with up to 512 GB capacity.
The rest of the specs is not lagging behind either and some carry a nice surprise. Like the quad 1W speakers for a nice audio experience. Or the 440g of weight, while keeping the thickness at respectable 8mm. That puts it in the Top 5 lightest ones for all 10.4" tablets in the market. We are also getting 8MP + 5MP camera, 7000 mAh battery capacity, dual-band Wi-Fi 5 and USB Type-C port. Nothing too fancy, but all signs of a rock solid serviceable tablet.
Chuwi HiPad Max will hit the market on August 22nd with Android 12 system pre-installed and also a pretty fair pricing. The premiere sales through the Aliexpress platform will bring the price down to just $199. Nice slash from the official $239. That's quite a good offer for a useful all-around small Android 12 tablet with 8 GB RAM. So what do you say ?
