Vivo X80 Lite is now available in Europe

Vivo seems quite busy with the imminent arrival of the Vivo X Fold+. The new foldable smartphone will hit the Chinese market soon. It comes to compete with the recent batch of foldable that has the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. Vivo doesn't want to stay behind the competition and is upgrading the foldable with the newer processor. Meanwhile, the Chinese brand is bringing the Vivo X80 Lite to Central Europe.

Vivo X80 Lite arrives in Czechia - specifications

The Vivo X80 Lite is now available in the Central European country Czechia. To those unaware, the Vivo X80 Lite is basically a Vivo V25 with a new name. Under the hood, the phone packs the MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC. This processor may be old at this point, but it is still fancier enough to run your everyday tasks. The device has up to 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of Storage in Czechia. Moreover, it's coming in Black and Gold Colors.

The Gold color comes with the fancy Fluorite AG Glass on the back. It provides a color-changing effect when your device goes under direct sunlight. The back is also home to the main camera setup. There is a primary 64 MP camera with OIS. There is also an 8 MP ultrawide shooter and a 2 MP depth sensor. Since the focus of the V-series is usually the camera, the phone has a powerful 50 MP selfie shooter. The phone has a fancy waterdrop notch design.

In terms of battery life, the Vivo X80 Lite has a 4,500 mAh cell. It supports 44 W fast charging which is quite fast. Due to its V-series DNA, the phone is very sleek and stylish. For instance, it has just 7.79 mm of thickness and weighs only 186 grams.

Other VIvo X80 Lite specifications include a 6.44-inch OLED screen. The panel has Full HD+ resolution and a 90 Hz refresh rate. It also has HDR 10+ support and IP54 ingress protection. In terms of software, the Vivo X80 Lite runs the Funtouch OS 12. It's Vivo's take on Android 12. Given to the device's age, it will certainly get Android 13 and Funtouch OS 13 once it's done.

Pricing

In Czechia, the phone will retail for CZK 9,999 or $400. It will be up for orders through some third-party retailers. The Vivo V25 series has been available since the last month. You can check our review about the vivo V25 Pro, a related variant, here.
